At Farmhouse Charm Candles, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them (unused and in original packaging)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Please note: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom orders or personalized items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Used candles or opened products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it was approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
