United States Shipping Update
Important Notice: US Candle Shipments Temporarily Paused
We want to be transparent with our valued US customers about an important update regarding your orders.
Due to the 50% tariff implemented by the United States, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause candle shipments to the United States, effective August 25, 2026.
Wax melts and room sprays are still available
This pause applies to candles only. Our room & linen sprays and wax melts are unaffected and remain available for shipping to the United States as usual.
We understand this is disappointing news, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision was not made lightly—the current tariff structure makes it impossible for us to continue shipping candles to the US without significantly increasing the cost to you.
What this means for you
- New candle orders shipping to US addresses cannot be processed at this time.
- All candle orders received before August 25, 2026 will still be shipped as usual. We will cover any additional costs on your behalf.
- Room & linen sprays and wax melts can still be ordered and shipped to the US.
