No worries! Trimming the wick usually does the trick. The wax fuels the flame, so if the wick is too long or dirty, the wax can't reach it properly. Keep your wooden wicks short, ideally between 1/8" and 3/16". You can use a candle trimmer, old nail clippers, scissors, or just pinch off the charred bit with a tissue. Our standard 8 oz candles typically burn for 45-55 hours when following our recommended candle care guidelines. We regularly test our candles to ensure this burn time. However, external factors like drafts, humidity, and temperature can influence burn rates.

Candles don’t have an expiration date, but it's best to burn them within a year of purchase. We get it, it’s hard to part with your favorites, but if you wait too long, they might lose their scent. So, don't wait, light it up and savor the moment!
