  1. What wax do you use?

We exclusively use 100% natural soy wax, derived from soybeans. It's eco-friendly, biodegradable, and vegan-friendly. Our soy wax candles burn slower and longer than traditional paraffin wax candles. Plus, soy wax is sustainably sourced, aligning with our commitment to responsible practices.

     2. Are your fragrance oils free of parabens and phthalates?

Absolutely! We use high-quality fragrance oils that are free from harmful chemicals like parabens and phthalates. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

     3. What are your wood wicks made of, and do you treat them?

Our wood wicks are crafted from 100% natural wood sourced sustainably from Sappy Fruit Trees in the USA. They are untreated.

     4. My candle keeps extinguishing, what should I do?

Farmhouse Charm Candles. Trimming the wick usually resolves this issue in most cases. The wax is what sustains the flame, so if the wick is left untrimmed or becomes soiled, the wax won't be able to reach the flame effectively.

For optimal performance, wooden wicks should be kept short, ideally between 1/8" to 3/16". Our standard 8 oz candles typically burn for 45-55 hours when following our recommended candle care guidelines. We regularly test our candles to ensure this burn time. However, external factors like drafts, humidity, and temperature can influence burn rates.
