Candle Care Tips for Long-Lasting Candles

Before relighting your candle after the first burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. Make sure the candle has cooled down and the flame is out before trimming.

Let your candle burn until the wax melts all the way to the edge of the jar. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures you use up all the wax.

Keep your candle sessions to a maximum of 4 hours. After that, let the candle cool for 1-2 hours and trim the wick before relighting. This helps maintain an even burn and prevents overheating.

Stop using your candle when there's about 1/2 inch of wax left. This keeps your surfaces safe and avoids overheating the jar.

Avoid placing any foreign objects, including matches and wick trimmings, on the candle to ensure safety and maintain a clean burn. Cover your candle with a lid when not in use to prevent dust and dirt from accumulating on the wax.
